Joel Allen, age 87, passed away Sunday, July 30, 2023 in Council Bluffs. He was born January 3, 1936, to the late John and Viola (Marburger) Allen in Seguin, Texas.
He is survived by wife, Beverly Allen and 3 sons, Javan (Dottie), Jonathan (Emily), and Joshua; five granddaughters, Bethany Allen, Marian Peek (Alex), Victoria Allen, Lillian Allen, and Chloe Allen.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2601 S. 10th Street Council Bluffs on Saturday, August 12, 2023.
The family will direct memorials.
