John D. Hall

John Hall, age 81, passed away peacefully at Jennie Edmundson Hospital April 13, 2021. He was born June 13, 1939 to Liston and Mary Dorothy Hall in Council Bluffs, IA.


In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter, Wendy Hoyne; brother, Doug Hall; sister, Carolyn McJunkin.

John is survived by wife, Karen Hall; son, Steven Hall; son-in-law, Ken Hoyne; grandchildren, Ellen (Ethan) Nemmers, Lauren Hoyne, Jeffrey Hall, Matthew Hall and Allison (Brandon) King; great-grandson, Gus King; nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 17, 2021 11:00 a.m. at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service also at the funeral home.


In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Marks United Methodist Church.
