John L. Swift

John L. Swift, age 76, passed away June 28, 2019 in Griswold, Iowa.

He was born in Council Bluffs on October 14, 1942 to the late Dean and Maude (Montgomery) Swift.

In addition to his parents, John is preceded in death by his wife, Roxana Swift; two sisters and one brother.

He is survived by his daughters, Mandy McKern (Mark), Kimberly Swift; sister, Mildred Arnold (Arlyn); two grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is Tuesday, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is Wednesday, 9:00 a.m., at the funeral home. Interment is in the Garner Township Cemetery. The family will direct the memorials.
