John M. Auffart

John M. Auffart, age 57, passed away May 21, 2019.

He was born in Council Bluffs on March 3, 1962.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Auffart.

John is survived by his wife of 32 years, Cindy Auffart; daughter and son-in-law, Michaela and Caleb Jens; son, Daniel Auffart; mother, Donna Auffart; brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Amanda Auffart, Todd and Leslie Auffart; sisters and brothers-in-law, Glinda Giles-Peterson and Mike Peterson, Michelle and Marc Austin; grandchildren, Macy and Chloe Jens; nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other family and friends.

A reception in his honor will be on Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. The family will direct memorials.
