John Patrick Cahill, Jr.

John Patrick Cahill, Jr. Age 70 of Council Bluffs, IA passed away May 17, 2023. He was born September 13, 1952 in Council Bluffs, to John and Doris (Blackston) Cahill. John loved football, especially the Chicago Bears. He also enjoyed travelling and camping.

He was preceded in death by father, John P. Cahill and his wife Charolette; mother, Doris A. Moon and her husband, Clayton and 

brother-n-law, Harley Cooper.

John is survived by his children, John P. Cahill III (Anitra) and their children Connor and Lillix, Sarah Clevenger (Charles) and their daughter Isabelle and Jared Cahill (Andrea); sister's, Edith Cooper, Sonia Johnson and Laura Cahill; brother, Brice Hanson; close friend, Jane Stotts and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service: 11:00 AM Monday, May 22, 2023 at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home with Visitation 1 hour prior to the service.

Interment: Memorial Park Cemetery
