Jordan Levi Saathoff, age 32, passed away September 10, 2023 in Council Bluffs, IA. He was born on May 10, 1991 in Graham, WA to Ricky and Karla (Schrotenboer) Saathoff.
Jordan and his family lived in Missouri Valley, where Jordan graduated from Missouri Valley High School in 2009. In High School, he swam on the swim team. Jordan worked for the past four years, as an apprentice sheet metal worker for Local Union #3 at The Waldinger Corporation in Omaha.
On October 22, 2021, Jordan married Ashley Hackett and together they shared five children, Vanna, Lily, Balor, Nadine, and Maizie. He was a loving husband and a wonderful father. Jordan enjoyed landscaping, gardening, raising chickens, and playing Fortnite.
Jordan was preceded in death by his daughter, Nadine Saathoff (June 8, 2021).
He is survived by his wife, Ashley (Hackett) Saathoff and four children; Vanna, Lily, Balor, and Maizie; sisters, Janelle Tierney (Pat), Rachel Johnston (Patrick), Michelle Lynch (Mark), Dara Latner (Michael), Lindsey Zavala (Xavier); parents, Ricky and Karla (Schrotenboer) Saathoff; grandmother, Thelma (Oord) Schrotenboer; and numerous nephews and nieces.
We will miss your love, caring spirit, and uncanny ways to make us laugh and cheer us up; Oh yea, and your famous deviled eggs.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, September 21, 2023.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, September 22, 2023. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will direct memorials.
