Joseph Opal Jr., age 83, passed away peacefully at home October 30, 2021. He was born October 3, 1938 to Joseph Sr. and Leona Opal in Council Bluffs, IA. Joseph enjoyed traveling. His pride and joy was his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Gary Coleman;
Joseph is survived by wife of 57 years, Hatsu "Yuki" Opal; son, Joseph III (Juanita) Opal; daughter, Delecia (Art) Eaton; step-daughter, Amy; sister, Patricia; 8 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren;
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 02, 2021.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.
Interment will be held at Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
The family will direct memorials.
