Kenneth Adkins

Kenneth L. "Kenny" Adkins, age 72, passed away on October 1, 2024.

He was born November 7, 1951 to the late Robert and Betty (Howe) Adkins in Council Bluffs, IA. Kenny graduated from Lewis Central High School with the class of 1970 and was a lifelong farmer. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church.

Kenny is survived by his wife of 50 years, Diane Adkins; sons, Kenny Adkins, Wesley (Jill) Adkins, and Nicholas (Tanya) Adkins; grandchildren, Mason, Samuel, Lucas, Emma, Trent, Paisley, and Stella; siblings, Nancy (Dan) Kemp, Janice (Chuck) Jones, Robert "Bob" (Linda) Adkins Jr., Marty (Carol) Adkins, Dean (Kris) Adkins, and Danny (Michele) Adkins; nieces, nephews, and cousins, a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Sunday, October 06, 2024. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM at Faith Lutheran Church on Monday, October 7, 2024. Interment is in Lewis Township Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Wings of Hope.
