Kevin Neighbors

Kevin Neighbors, age 62, passed away March 25, 2025. He was born March 22, 1963 to Jerald and Opal (Redding) Neighbors in Council Bluffs, IA

Kevin is preceded in death by his father, Jerald Neighbors; and brother, Phil Neighbors.

Kevin is survived by his children, Nicole Neighbors (Zachary Brown), Ryan (Jackie) Neighbors, Jessica Neighbors (Brent Clark) and their mother, Sandi Miller; his mother, Opal Neighbors; sisters, Patty (Keith) Maguire, JoAnn Heiman; 3 grandchildren, Isabelle Brown, Henry Neighbors, Natalie Neighbors; nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Sunday, April 6, 2025, with special remarks to begin at 3:00 PM. The family will direct memorials.
