Leota E. Heinrich

Leota E. Heinrich, age 107, passed away May 14, 2016 at Bethany Lutheran Home in Council Bluffs. She was born in Holton, Kansas on February 12, 1909 to the late William and Maude (Goodwin) Hysom. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Heinrich; sister, Thelma and brother, Leland; daughter-in-law, Shirley Heinrich. Leota is survived by her son, Carl Heinrich; grandsons, sons and daughters-in-law, Lee & Christina Heinrich, Mark & Debbie Heinrich, David & Celinda Heinrich, Jon Heinrich; 14 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Memorial service is 11:00 a.m. on Thursday May 26, 2016 at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. The family will receive friends during the hour prior to the service. A luncheon will follow in the community room at Hoy-Kilnoski. Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. on Friday May 27, 2016 at the Cemetery in Americus, Kansas. Memorials are suggested to the Bethany Lutheran Home.
