Louis Roden

Louis Edward Roden, age 74, of Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away February 22, 2024 in Council Bluffs. He was born to the late William and Josephine (Bothwell) Roden on May 6, 1949 in Little Sioux, Iowa.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Royl; sisters-in-law, Delores Roden, Neva Roden; and his mother and father in-law, Burdette and Mable Nelson.

Louis is survived by his wife, Paula; daughter, Brenda Towne (Dale); sons, Joel Roden (Julie) and Brent Roden (Crystal); 10-grandchildren; Riley, Ezra, Lexie, Kael, Kaden, Wyatt, Hunter, Mason, Madex, Josie. 3-great-grandchildren; brothers, Danny Roden, Dave (Paulette) Roden and Pat Roden; sisters, Judy DeSpain (David), Joan Green (Mike), Kay Porter (Rahn) and Peggy Jones (Mark); sister-in-law, Jane; nieces; nephews; family and friends.
