Margaret Harding

Margaret Harding, age 97 of Council Bluffs passed away July 18, 2012. She was born August 17, 1914 in Conception Junction, Missouri to the late Inez & Helga (Hansen) Anderson. Margaret was a member of Community of Christ Church. Her late husband owned and operated Giant Manufacturing Company from 1938-1978. She was a licensed pilot and flew her own airplane. Margaret was a China Painter and produced many beautiful pieces. She had been a member of Service League, the Ella DeVore Circle at Community of Christ and special member of Kappa Kappa Iota Gamma. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Don Harding; son, C. Warren Harding; daughter, Janet Harding. Margaret is survived by her daughter, Joan Bursik of Council Bluffs; grandson, David Harding and his wife, Beth; granddaughter, Heidi Lundt and her husband, Jay; great granddaughter, Kinser Lundt; special extended family, John & Shirley Dixon and their daughter & son-in-law, Margaret and Matt Broxterman. Visitation is Sunday 3-5PM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Monday 10:30AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Hazel Dell Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Community of Christ Church, AseraCare Hospice or the charity of your choice.
