Marjorie A. Pomerleau

Marjorie A. Pomerleau, age 77 of Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away May 17, 2013 at her home. She was born January 31, 1936 in Council Bluffs to the late Irving & Martha (Petersen) Nixon. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Bill Nixon. Marjorie is survived by her husband, Louis Pomerleau to whom she married November 5, 1955; children, Nancy Brightwell (Roger), Vincent Pomerleau (Marcia), Vern Pomerleau, Sharon Stewart; 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren. Visitation is Monday 5-7PM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is Tuesday 10AM at the funeral home. Interment is in the Hazel Dell Cemetery followed by a reception in the community room at Hoy-Kilnoski. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Southwest Iowa.
