Mark Q. Forsythe

Mark Q. Forsythe, 68 years, Carson, Iowa died Saturday in Council Bluffs. He was born January 6, 1949 in Omaha, Nebraska to the late James and Jesse (Daharsh) Forsythe.

Besides his parents, Mark was also preceded in death by his siblings, Bud, Berkley, Russ and Mike Forsythe, Mary Ann Lesley and Betty Briley as well as a grandson, Donovan Parrott.

He is survived by his children, Becky Parrott, Cliffton “Obi” Forsythe (Jessica), Angel Bascue (Earl), Tina Jones (Brandon) Brian Compton (Kim) and Jessica Forsythe; 16 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday 5 to 7PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral home. The funeral will be Thursday, 9AM also at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Omaha National Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
