Marshall DeShong, age 44, of Oakland, Iowa.passed away August 23, 2016. He was born November 5, 1971 in Kettering Northamptonshire, England. Marshall was preceded in death by his brother, Mark DeShong; grandson, Geoffrey Hicks; grandfather, Geoffrey Pridmore. Marshall is survived by his wife, Janet DeShong; children, Mikaela Brown, Raven DeShong, Sebastian Crouch, Brianna Wojcik; mother, Anthea DeShong; grandmother, Patricia Pridmore; granddaughter, Abbi; niece, Bailey; nephew, Andrew; brother-in-law, Raymond Wojcik; a host of other family and friends. Memorial service is 3:00p.m. on Tuesday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. The family will direct memorials.
