He was born June 18, 1968, to Marvin and Lou (Bird) Carter.
Marvin is survived by his fiancée, Michelle Kramer; children, Chase Carter (Jennifer), Cira Carter (Logan Stewart), Cody Carter (Natalie Doughman), Sarah Carter; mother, Lou Diemer (Rick); father, Marvin Carter Sr. (Donna); siblings, Curt Carter (Karen), and Tina Scanlon; 6 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, January 20, 2022.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:30 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, January 21, 2022. The family will direct memorials.
