Mary Ann Meade, age 63, of Missouri Valley, Iowa, passed away at her home on May 14, 2018.

She was born in Council Bluffs on June 3, 1954 to the late Warren and Betty (Braden) Long. Mary Ann had worked at Community Memorial Hospital in Missouri Valley for over 40 years.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Ronald and William Long; step-son, Gary Meade.

Mary Ann is survived by her husband, John Meade; children, Barbara Reyes; Heather Savala (Tony Collier), Tim Meade (Julie), Leslie Lytle (Darren); sister, Carol Lawson; brother, Russell Long; 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. on Thursday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 10:00a.m. on Friday at the funeral home followed by a brunch in the community room at Hoy-Kilnoski. Interment will be later that afternoon in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Missouri Valley. Memorials are suggested to the Country Bible Church in Blair, Nebraska.
