Matthew S. Anderson

Matthew S. Anderson, age 57, of Council Bluffs passed away at his home on October 25, 2016.

He was born in Omaha, Nebraska on January 3, 1959 to the late Donald and Eva (Claar) Anderson. Matthew was a warehouse manager with Echo Electric.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Sam Anderson; sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Dan Applegate; son-in-law, Jessie Fett Sr.

Matthew is survived by his wife of 39 years, Carla Anderson; daughters, Stephanie Anderson and Jami Wilmeth (Blake); son, Sam Anderson; sister, Tina Banuelos (Gilbert); grandchildren, Alexis, Jessie, Maggie and Ella; special friends, Barbie Osmers and Sandra Griffis; nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Memorial service is 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at First Christian Church - 20794 Hwy 92 in Council Bluffs. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.
