Melvin A. Butler

Melvin A. Butler, age 65, passed away January 24, 2014 at his home surrounded by family. He was born in Omaha, NE on December 28, 1948 to Kenneth & Marjie Butler. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and then retired from ASARCO. Melvin is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth. He is survived by his wife, Louella Lou Butler; sons, Melvin Butler (Carla) and Scott Butler; mother, Marjie Butler; sister, Jeanie White; brothers, Kenneth Butler (Cheryl) and Brian Butler; 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Visitation is Monday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral is Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home followed by interment in the Garner Township Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
