Merrell I. Croson

Merrell I. Croson, age 90, passed away October 6, 2017, in Sun City West, Arizona.

He was born in Council Bluffs, on September 4, 1927, to the late Ivan and Mary (Keaton) Croson. Merrell retired from the Council Bluffs Water Works.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son, Tom Croson; brother, Marvin Croson; sister, Mary Lou Leap.

Merrell is survived by his wife, Viola Croson; son, Kenneth Croson; sister-in-law, Ponice Croson; nieces and nephews.

Funeral service is 2 p.m., on Monday, at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Visitation will be during the hour prior to the service. Interment is in Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to El Bethel Assembly of God Church.
