Micah Lynn Schofield

Micah Lynn Schofield, age 32, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, passed away on August 29, 2019.

He was born in Greenville, Michigan on July 23, 1987 to Lynn and Tina (Swanson) Schofield.

Micah was a great husband, father, son, brother, uncle, & friend. Micah graduated from AL in 2006. Micah went on to study wind energy at Iowa Western Community College. Micah worked many different jobs. Two jobs Micah really enjoyed most were Bartlett Grain in Council Bluffs, IA and Ardent Mills in Omaha, NE. His work ethic and determination will never be forgotten.

He was a member at Calvary Lighthouse Church of Omaha, NE 2941 N. 80th St. Omaha, NE 68134. He was the best story teller anyone knew. He could always one up ya! Micah was a man of his word. He always had a smile on his face and was more than willing to help others. Micah was devoted to his family and friends. Micah will definitely be missed but never forgotten.

He was preceded in death by his father Lynn and Uncle Bruce Schofield Jr.

Micah has left to cherish his memory, his wife, Joslyn Schofield; daughter, Aubrey Schofield; mother Tina Mitzel(Dwayne) sisters, Sara Wolke (Ben), Amanda Kazemba (Brett) and Melissa Kliever (Phil); mother and father-in-law, Joe and Susan Walker; brother-in-law, Joe Walker; sister-in-law, Jena Olsen (Joey); Aunt Kathy Schofield; cousins, Bill Schofield (Gina), Bruce Schofield lll and Regina Hinz (John); nieces and nephews, Lacce Walker (Aaron), Thomas Olsen-Walker, Elizabeth Olsen, Isiah Wolke, Adam Kliever, Luke Wolke, Avery Olsen, RayLynn Kliever, Kadence Kazemba and Cooper Kazemba and last but not least his best friend James Burgin(Little Buddy)

Celebration of life will be Sunday, September 1, 2019 at 1:00 PM at The Grass Wagon: 110 S 29th St Council Bluffs, IA 51501

Memorials may be directed towards the family.
