Michael A. Doiel

Michael A. Doiel, age 61, of Underwood, Iowa passed away January 23, 2018.

He was born in Nebraska City, Nebraska on July 3, 1956. Michael proudly served his country in the United States Army had last worked at Jack Links in Underwood. He was a member of Underwood Lutheran Church.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Glen Doiel; sister-in-law, Virginia Doiel.

Michael is survived by his wife, Carol Urban; daughter, Candie Bivens (Brent); step-son, Scott Urban; mother, Ruth Doiel; sister, Ardell Sachs (Charles); brother, Raymond Doiel; grandchildren, Nick Allen, Logan Bivens, Elizabeth Bivens; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Allan and Reta Larsen; sisters-in-law, Becky Runyan (Don) and Jane Kahl (Steve); nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation is 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Friday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 11:00a.m. on Saturday at Underwood Lutheran Church. Interment is in Omaha National Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
