Michael Baumbach

Michael M. Baumbach, age 66, passed away peacefully at his home on January 3, 2025.

He was born October 27, 1958, to the late Marvel and Shirley (Voss) Baumbach in Council Bluffs, IA. Michael was a diesel mechanic for over 35 years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Deborah Martin and Linda Baumbach; brother, William Baumbach; grandchild, Brittany Hartmann.

Michael is survived by his wife of over 40 years, Cindy Baumbach; children, Paul Hartmann, Chad (Dawnielle) Hartmann, Jeromy (Angel) Baumbach, Kateara Baumbach, Trista (Tom) Welsh, Vicki (Nathan) Christ; sister, Bonnie McDonald; 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 08, 2025. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, January 9, 2025. Interment will be in the Garner Township Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
