Michael Benjamin Collins

Michael Benjamin Collins age 41 of Shelby, Iowa passed away September 18, 2011. He was a member of the Shelby Volunteer Fire Department. Michael was preceded in death by his brother David Collins and stepfather, Al Fenderson Sr. He is survived by wife Tanya Lyn Collins, son Mike Collins, daughters Vanity Collins, Jasmine Collins, Kayla Hatfeild, mother and stepfather Pauline and Jack Hammond; brothers, Fred Collins and Al Fenderson; grandmother, Darlene Diggs; Visitation will be held Thursday 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Hoy- Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral Service is at 11:00 A.M. Friday also at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha. Family will direct memorials.
