Nima Schema

Nima Schema, age 93, of Council Bluffs passed away January 3, 2015 at Risen Son Christian Village. She was born in Geddes, South Dakota on March 16, 1921 to the late August & Cora (Shuck) Bursik. She had been a music teacher and then worked at Younkers for a number of years. Nima was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Schema; brother, George Bursik. Nima is survived by her son, Douglas Schema and sister-in-law, Joan Bursik. Funeral service is Tuesday 11AM at the funeral home. Visitation will be during the hour prior to the service. A luncheon will follow the service in the community room at Hoy-Kilnoski. Inurnment will be at a later date in Geddes South Dakota.
