Orving Lee Darrington

Orving Lee Darrington, age 78, of Omaha, Nebraska passed away March 7, 2016. He was born in Woodland, California on July 15, 1937 to Orving A. and Kathryn (Beck) Darrington. Lee graduated from Persia High School with the class of 1955 and then proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Lee retired after a career with AT&T and then operated Telec Consulting Resources. Lee was preceded in death by his father. Lee is survived by his wife of 54 years, Beverly Darrington; daughter and son-in-law, Deborah Darrington and Mark Underwood; son, David Darrington; mother, Kathryn Darrington; brother, Roger Darrington; grandchildren, Samuel, Emily, Anneliese and Abigail. Visitation is 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral home. Funeral service is 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home followed by a luncheon in the community room at Hoy-Kilnoski. Interment will be later that afternoon in the Grange Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Brookside Church or the Methodist Hospital Foundation.
