Pamela Ann Armstrong

Pamela A. Armstrong, age 71, died September 2, 2020.She was born in Santa Monica, California, on June 25, 1949. While attending Santa Monica High School, she played the trumpet in band. She graduated with the class of 1967. She worked for McDonnell Douglas while in California. Pamela met Jerry and moved to Iowa in 1972. She worked for Bingo King for 15 years, and Wal-Mart for 22 years. She was an avid Barbie and Betty Boop memorabilia collector and loved making detailed scrapbooks; she made dozens for her grandkids. She was the type of person to have a checklist for everything and was a meticulous manager of money. She will be dearly missed be all who knew her.

Pamela is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Sean and Leah Armstrong, Chad and Kellie Armstrong; sister and brother-in-law, Janet and Rick Claunch; grandchildren,  Gabrielle, Olivia, Sydney and Lincoln.

Visitation is at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday September 7, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m.  Funeral Service is at the funeral home on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. The family respectfully requests that all of those attending, wear masks. Interment is in Memorial Park Cemetery.  The family will direct memorials.
