Patricia A. Hutcheson

Patricia A. “Pat” Hutcheson, age 86, passed away May 1, 2019.

She was born in Pocahontas, Iowa on September 16, 1932 to the late Joseph and Martha (Rubel) Peters. Pat was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and it’s Alter and Rosary Society. She was very active with St. Albert Schools and was an avid Bridge player.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her older siblings, Eugene “Pete” Peters (Lois), Gerald Peters (Harriett), and Gwen Moran (Frank).

Pat is survived by her husband of ­­­­­­­63 years, Donald Hutcheson; children, Jeff Hutcheson (Cindy), Doug Hutcheson (Brenda), Natalie Burkey (Dan); grandchildren, Jessica Hutcheson, Benjamin Hutcheson (Stephani), Andrew Burkey (Daniella), Ashley Hutcheson, Amanda Burkey, Peter Hutcheson (Haley Harrill); great grandchild, Eva Hutcheson; nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Vigil service will begin at 5:00 p.m. followed by visitation until 7:00 p.m. on Friday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial is 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at St. Patrick’s Church - #4 Valley View Drive in Council Bluffs. Interment is in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St. Albert Catholic Schools or St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.
