Patricia Rowland

Patricia Pearl Rowland, age 79, of Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away peacefully November 26, 2023.

Pat was born March 8, 1944, in Council Bluffs, to the late Russell and Elizabeth (Schmidt) Collins. She married Erven Rowland on December 3, 1973, in Council Bluffs. Together they had one child, but joined in marriage had five children altogether. She was a loving mother to all, and devoted many years caring for her beloved son, Luke. Pat was a bubbly soul who found great happiness in camping, couponing, running a store from her basement, and so much more. She spent her life giving to others as she was someone who nurtured all. Pat simply enjoyed the presence of her family, friends and her dogs.

In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her son, Luke Lambdin; sisters, Linda McKeighan, Ruth Anne Fichter; brothers, Gary Collins and Russell Collins.

Pat is survived by her husband, Erven Rowland; son, Billy (Bobbie) Rowland; brothers, Orville Collins, Brian Collins; daughters, Natalie (Russ) Rowland, Danaye (Gary) Bergantzel, Balyna (Todd) Kelsey; 12 grandchildren, Stephanie Rowland, Savannah (John) Stenzel, Sierra Rowland, Jody (Josh) Sexton, Laraina (George) Richarte, Sasha (Nathan) Sawyer, Joseph (Natalie) Carter, Telsie (Brandon) McGowen, Jonathan Pleake, Zachary, Brooklynn and Breanna Kelsey; 14 great-grandchildren; Delilah Pixler, Tyler and Hailey Sexton, Colton (Jessica) Toth, Kaden Toth, Makenzie and Tayah Miller, Tate Sawyer, Carter Pleake, John Carter. Myra, Macy, Memphis and Maddox McGowen; 2 great-great-granddaughters; Brooklyn and Brexlee Toth; nieces, nephews, and many more.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2023 at Hoy Kilnoksi Funeral Home. Interment is in the Ridgewood Cemetery.

The family will direct memorials.
