Paula Woods

Paula Woods, age 80, passed away October 4, 2022.

She was born November 8, 1941, to the late Paul and Coral (Mackland) Petersen in Council Bluffs, IA. Paula graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and retired from the Lewis Central School District.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Woods; granddaughter, Jennifer Jensen; siblings, Lonnie Petersen and Jeanette Bell.

Paula is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Denise Woods-Carpenter (Edward Carpenter) and Jeri (Roger) Jensen; grandchildren, Beth (Jon) Carpenter, Katie (John) Hodges, Amanda (Eddie) Percy, and Roger Jensen Jr; great grandchildren, Jerimiah Percy, Ethan Hodges, Emily Hodges, and Jensen Percy; siblings, Patricia (Michael) Rief and Gary (Judy) Petersen; nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, October 06, 2022.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, October 7, 2022. Memorials are suggested to Gethsemane Presbyterian Church.
