Phoebe L. Cerveny

Phoebe L. Cerveny, age 93, of Council Bluffs passed away April 25, 2018.

She was born September 23, 1924 to the late Bill Williams Sr. and Theresa (Boisen) Williams.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Cerveny; brother, Bill Williams Jr.; sister, Ruth Head.

Phoebe is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Gil and Sandy Cerveny, Jim and Connie Cerveny; sibling, Clarice Sheaman (Paul); 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is 6:00p.m. to 7:30p.m. on Friday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 10:00a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Interment is in Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Wings of Hope.
