Quinn Kelly

Quinn Kelly Sr, age 93, passed away at CHI Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs Ia on May 13th, 2024.He was born February 14,1931 to the late Joseph P. Kelly and Marie (Ryan ) Kelly. Quinn attended Thomas Jefferson High School, entered the military and served in the US Air Force 1948-1951. He married the love of his life Elaine V (Roos) on May 1st ,1954 and together they had 8 children. Quinn worked for the Union Pacific Railroad for 40 yrs as a Lever man in the control towers in Omaha and Council Bluffs.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by Spouse Elaine V (Roos) , Infant son Joseph Patrick; son Patrick Leo. Brothers Joseph L. Kelly and Msgr. Edward R. Kelly.

Quinn is survived by his children; Quinn Kelly Jr. (Pam), David Kelly, and Ryan Kelly, Anne Patten, Kristin Kelly, Veronica Kelly-Mower. Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren,Nieces and Nephew and Great Nieces,Great Nephews.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Saturday, May 18, 2024.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Saturday, May 18, 2024. The family will direct memorials.
