Raymond K. Whiteing

Raymond K. Whiteing, age 59, of Council Bluffs passed away May 2, 2016. He was born on October 16, 1956 in Omaha, NE to Albert and Evelyn (McCoid) Whiteing. Ray loved to fish, hunt and play with his grandkids. He was always the life of the party and the first and last one on the dance floor. He loved to spoil his grandkids and he will be remembered as a very loving and caring man who will always be in his wifes heart. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Whiteing. He is survived by his wife, best friend, and soul mate, Kitty Whiteing; children: Keith Whiteing, Kristina (Ryan) Boverhuis, Mindy (Jason) Johnson, and Jason Whiteing; 6 grandchildren; sisters, Kathy Fitzgerald (Charles Ray) and Karen Bonenberger; brothers, Dick (Linda) McCoid, Albert Jr. (Karen) Whiteing, William Whiteing, and Charles (Shelly) Whiteing; a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. A reception in Raymonds honor will be held Friday, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., in the Hoy-Kilnoski Community Room. Memorials may be directed to the family.
