Richard Boyd Chase

Richard Boyd Chase, age 72, of Council Bluffs, passed away May 17, 2016. He was born in Clarinda, Iowa on September 5, 1943 to Franklin and Marjorie (Hawhee) Chase. Richard graduated from New Market High School. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister; Martha. Richard is survived by his wife; Rita, daughter; Jill Harris (Rex), son; Sean Chase (Jennifer), 6-grandchildren, sister; Carol Hutcheson, brother; Maurice Chase (Joanne) and many family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, May 23, 2016 at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home with visitation during the hour prior. Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery. A luncheon will follow in the community room at Hoy-Kilnoski. Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimers Association.
