Robert Dean Jackson

Robert Dean Jackson, 92 years, passed away January 1, 2019 at the Risen Son Christian Village in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He was born February 7, 1926 in Omaha, Nebraska to Roy and Carrie (McHenry) Jackson. He graduated from Tech High in Omaha and later on from the Minnesota Bible College. He married Ina Mae (Wellborn) on August 18, 1948. He worked as an electrician through the IBEW and National Electric.

He is preceded in death by his parent and siblings, Floyd, Harold, LeRoy, Beatrice, Marie and Lois, as well as a son, Jon Glen at the age of 13 and a daughter, Julie at birth.
He is survived by his wife, Ina May and sons, Jay Bryan, Jeffrey Mark, Jerran Dale and James Allen; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, 2PM with the visitation a half hour prior to the service at the Risen Son Christian Village, 3000 Risen Son Blvd., Council Bluffs, Iowa. The family will direct the memorials.
