Bob was born on December 27, 1953 to Howard and Dorothy Jean Perin. Two years later Bob became a big brother when his sister, Debra, was born. Bob was very invoved in scouts growing up and became an Eagle Scout. Bob married Kathleen Schnitker in August of 1975 and they were blessed with three children, Stephanie, Bret and Kristin. Bob proudly served in the United States Air Force and the United States Army. Bob attended Iowa Western Community College and became an LPN. He worked at the V.A. Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. Bob changed careers and worked for many years for the United States Postal Service in Colorado and Omaha, Nebraska Bob also worked in Sales and most recently as a courier. Bob became a 4th Degree Former District Deputy and Former District Master in the Knights of Columbus Colour Corp. of which he was extremely proud of.

Preceding Bob in death were his parents and his son, Bret Dean.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Ward Perin of Tualatin, Oregon, daughters, Stephanie Perin of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Kristin Harrold (Gregory) of Red Oak, Iowa, step-son, Michael Sicktich of Tualatin, Oregon, sister, Debra Perin of Council Bluffs, Iowa, grandchildren, Zander Perin, Ethan Perin, Mikenzie Sicktich, Ellie Harrold, Landen Harrold and Kennedy Harrold, nephew, Ryan Chenoweth(JayCie), niece, Darci Boesen (Michael) and great nieces Ryanne Chenoweth, Bayli Boesen, JazzLynn Chenoweth, great nephew, Finnick Boesen and many extended family members and friends.
