Rosalie A. Cooper

Rosalie A. Cooper, age 80, passed away at her home on April 18, 2019.

She was born in Sidney, Iowa on December 10, 1938 to the late Roy and Gladys (Dresher) Tillman. Rosalie retired from First National Bank and then worked at Smith Davis Insurance.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Dwight R. Cooper; siblings, Carl Tillman, Fredrick Tillman and Virginia Holland.

Rosalie is survived by her children, Dwight “Dan” Cooper (Sherri), Lisa Boucher (Daniel), Charles “Chuck” Cooper (Richelle), Janelle Cooper (Michael Schaner); sister, Kathleen Kelsey; brother, David Tillman; 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment is in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Council Bluffs Animal Shelter.
