Rosella M. Dilts

Rosella Sis Dilts, age 91, of Council Bluffs, passed away July 17, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 31, 1924 in Fort Calhoun, Nebraska to Carl and Irene Jensen. She attended Thomas Jefferson High School. Rosella worked for World Radio Laboratories for 18 years as an Inventory Control Clerk. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters: Irene Ashton, Geraldine Peck and Delores Martin, and one brother, Carl Jensen. She is survived by her two daughters, Barbara (Cook) Nielsen and Sally (Tierney), and her husband John Hand, 4 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wed., 6 to 8 p.m. and funeral service is Thurs. 10:30 a.m. all at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Interment will be in Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family.
