Russell Jenkins

Russell Martin Jenkins, age 85, passed away at Prairie Gate Assisted Living Center on January 19, 2022. He was born December 24, 1936 to Ralph and Viola (Gibson) Jenkins in Dow City, IA. Russell enjoyed gardening, cuddles the dog and his church family. His pride and joy was gardening, grandkids and great grandkids.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Tony Jenkins; son-in-law, Dale Marsh; brothers, Dean Jenkins, Roy Jenkins, Jack Jenkins, and Kenneth Jenkins; sisters, Loretta Jenkins and Margaret Jenkins.

Russell is survived by his wife of 64 years, Shirley Jenkins; children, Carol Marsh and Troy (Ann) Jenkins and Kimberly (Wayne) Davis; 9 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; many family and friends.

Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 25, 2022
