Ruthie L. Nelson

Ruthie Lee Nelson, age 83, passed away on November 18, 2018 at her home in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

She was born in Proctor, Arkansas on June 7, 1935 to the late Johnny and Annie (Webb) Morrow.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Joe Willie Morrow; and sister, Johnnie Mae Howard.

Ruthie is survived by her husband, Earnest Nelson; and step-son, Dwayne Nelson.

Visitation is Friday, November 30, 2018, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment is in the Garner Township Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family.
