Selma "Sally" Anna Johnson

Selma ?Sally? A. Johnson, age 78 of Council Bluffs passed away November 17, 2011. She was born October 16, 1933 in Albert Lea Minnesota to the late Ole & Anna (Frantz) Anderson. Sally worked for Richards, Riekes, Brown & Zabin Law Firm; a Bailiff for Douglas County; Union Pacific Rail Road and then retired from the State of Iowa 4th Judicial District Correctional Facility. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Ole, Andy and Clifford Anderson; sister, Helene Zerrien Sally is survived by daughters, Maren Palmer & her husband, George; Ann Goldapp; sons, Phillip Johnson& his wife Kathy; Richard Johnson & his wife, Sherie; brother, Norman Anderson & his wife, Bonnie; sisters, Aggie Kaasa, Vally Johnson, Esther Williamschen; sisters-in-law, Ardell Anderson, Fern Anderson; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; William ?Bill? Johnson; a host of other family and friends. Visitation with the family will be Monday 6-8PM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home & Crematory. Funeral Service is Tuesday 10AM at the funeral home. Interment is in the Ridgewood Cemetery followed by a lunch in the Hoy-Kilnoski Community Room. The family will direct memorials.
