Sharon Sales

Sharon Sales, age 79, passed away September 4, 2024. She was born August 16, 1945 to the late Charles and Ester (Arnold) Teft. Sharon found joy in the simple pleasures of life, spending her time creating beautiful crochet pieces, particularly pot holders and blankets. Her love for football and NASCAR were well-known, and she found happiness in the serene moments spent fishing or traveling to the Black Hills and Spirit Lake.

A dedicated single mother, Sharon raised her three sons, Charles Gillespie, Donald Gillespie, and Terry Gillespie, with unwavering love and strength.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Lonnie Sales; brothers, Marvin (Sandy) Larsen and Bob Larsen; and sisters, Laura Mae (Bob) Miles, Marian Eckert, Pat Brown.

Sharon is survived by her children, Charles (Tammie) Gillespie, Donald Gillespie, Terry Gillespie; 6 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; companion, Danny Mihaly; sister, Donna Templeton; sister- in- law, Marty Larsen; nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Graveside Service will be at Hazel Dell Cemetery on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. The family will direct memorials.
