Sheryl L. Rasmussen, age 78, passed away January 23, 2023.
She was born April 5, 1944, to the late Everett and Adeline (Pospisal) Graves in Council Bluffs, IA. Sheryl graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and retired from Nebraska Medicine.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Ricky Lee Rasmussen; brother, Charles "Chuck" Graves.
Sheryl is survived by her husband of 61 years, Wayne Rasmussen; children, Penny Stone, Dixie (Jim) Pingel, and Ron Rasmussen; grandchildren, Lace Rasmussen, Ryan Stone, Spencer Pingel, Tanner Pingel, and Mylee Rasmussen; great grandchildren, Myles McCormick, Wrenlee Pingel, and Blake Pingel.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, January 27, 2023.
Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, January 27, 2023. Inurnment will be in the Grange Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
