Stacey Payne

Stacey Payne, age 52, passed away April 28, 2024. She was born December 23, 1971 to John and Judy (Baxter) Kannedy in Council Bluffs, IA. Stacey was a graduate from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1990.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Kannedy.

Stacey is survived by her children, Dylan (Jennifer) Payne and Cassandra "Cassie" Payne (Nathan Emons); mother, Judy Kannedy; brother and sister, Shawn (Michelle) Kannedy and Shelia (Johnny) Boykin; 4 grandchildren, Alexander and Maximus, John, Jasper Payne; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, May 02, 2024.

Funeral Procession will leave Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home at 10am on Friday, May 3, 2024 for a Graveside Service at Calhoun Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
