Stephen D. Osier

Stephen D. Osier, age 66, passed away May 14, 2019.

He was born in San Antonio, Texas on July 20, 1952 to the late Dale and Lois (Saenger) Osier. Stephen proudly served his country in the United States Army and the Nebraska National Guard. He retired from the Omaha Police Department after 26 years of service.

Stephen is survived by his wife, Patricia Osier; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia Crouse (Richard); nieces and nephews.

Visitation is 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Memorial service is 2:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Interment is in the Omaha National Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
