Stephen J. Thompson

Stephen J. Thompson, age 30, of Council Bluffs passed away August 17, 2014. He was born February 14, 1984 to John Berndt and Myra Thompson. Stephen is survived by his mother, Myra Nixon (John), father, John Berndt (Angie West); sister, Shauna Root (Jeremy); brother, Levi Nixon (Ashley Shackett); grandparents, Edna & Jack Olle, Jim & Ellen Thompson, Jeff Nixon, Mary Nixon-Robson & Brian Robson; nieces, Ava and Adalyn; nephew, Aydan; and a host of other family and friends. Visitation is Friday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. A celebration of his life will be Saturday 3:00 p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Inurnment is in the Hazel Dell Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
