Steve Prociw

Stephen "Steve" Prociw, age 75, passed away on July 27, 2021. He was born to Matij and Justyna (Beason) Prociw in Germany. Stephen enjoyed water skiing, scuba diving, hunting and bowling. His pride and joy was his family and his dog Ginger. Steve was a night senior customer service technician for 38 years at MUD. For several years he was a volunteer police officer in Carter Lake, IA and he was an elder for Lakeview Bible Church since 2008.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Chad Prociw;

Stephen is survived by wife of 46 years, Janice Prociw; children, Sherry Bodrug Prociw, Scott (Wendy) Prociw, Matt (Julie) Madsen and Michael (Donna) Madsen; brothers, John (Chris) Prociw and Nick Prociw; nephews, Cory (Kristine) Piercy, Gary (Tina) Piercy and Perry Fulfs; niece, Deanna (Dan) Radcliff; 13 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and many friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, August 02, 2021.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 3, 2021.

Memorials may be directed to Lakeview Bible Church in Carter Lake, IA.
