Steven A. Schwarz

Steven A. Schwarz, 69 years, Council Bluffs, died September 11, 2018. He was born September 11, 1949 in Clinton, Iowa to Delmer and Angeline Schwarz. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a carpenter by trade and last worked with Meyers Carlisle Leapley.

He is preceded in death by his parents and first wife, Carol.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Fran; his best friend, Jasmine; children, Mason (Staci) Schwarz and Rosanne (Allen Emert) Schwarz; stepchildren, Kelly (Mario) Perez and Jill (Mike) Brunz; grandchildren, Ian Schwarz, Lily Schwarz, Neil Emert, Tyler Hamell Perez, Anthony Perez, Natalia Perez, Elissia Perez, Jacob Brunz and Zachary Brunz; sisters, Susan Hayward and Linda Platz.

Memorial service will be held Friday 5:30PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the family.
