Steven M Stitt

Steven M. Stitt, age 88, passed away August 12, 2021. He was born October 17, 1932 to Sam and Dorothy (Bird) Stitt in Nebraska City, NE. Steven enjoyed horses, fishing, gardening and remodeling things. His pride and joy was his family. The majority of his life he enjoyed his multiple jobs working for the county.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Jean Stitt; ex-wife, LuAnna Childers; siblings, Jack Stitt, Barbara Warren, Sam Stitt Jr.; grandson, Jeff Worley; great granddaughter, Ellie Baucom.
Steven is survived by daughters, Twila (Randy) Hough and Valerie "Cricket" Fender; sister, Terri (Rick) Peters; 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, August 16, 2021.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, August 16, 2021.

Interment will be held following the luncheon at Glenwood Cemetery.

The family will direct memorials.
