Thomas Byron Standard

Thomas B. Standard, age 63 of Council Bluffs passed away October 10, 2011 at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha. He was born September 11, 1948 in Quinter, Kansas to the late Thomas B. & Geneva J. (Eisenbise) Standard. Tom was a licensed pharmacist and retired in 2009. Tom is survived by his wife, Sarah (Barnett) Standard to whom he married June 5, 1970; sons & daughters-in-law, Sean & Cindy Standard and Chad & Molly Standard; sister, Leann Billinger grandchildren, Alexa, Zachary, Caden, Abbi and Andrew; mother-in-law, Gladys Barnett; a host of other family and friends. Visitation with family will be Thursday 6-8PM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home and Crematory. Funeral Service is Friday 11AM at the funeral home. Interment is in Garner Township Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Hoy-Kilnoski Community Room. Memorials are suggested to Second Wind Lung Transplant Association.
